JENIFER’S DIARY “SURVIVAL”

Recap (episode of J.D on the 1st January, 2017).

Adaku was seen discussing with Jenifer, telling her that aunty sunbo is supposed to be paying them 100 pounds as per the cleaning job. Jenifer carefully replied her, “Adaku, we should be grateful that she is paying us 10pounds and her even feeding us”.

Adaku’s Jamaican boyfriend was beating Collins for the reason that he was responsible for the constant harassment and extortion of Jenifer and Adaku by a fake cop.

Jenifer: Is it because we are JJC in lomdom, that’s why you are du pe us.

Collins: Noo, I was…I was just (he was beating by Adaku’s boyfriend)

Jenifer: Easy (talking to Adaku”s boyfriend)

Adaku: Please Jenifer, which one be easy easy now, person wey tell his friend to wear police costume to dey dupe us, collect our money. Baby, whip him. (Collins was beaten again by Adaku”s boyfriend).

Collins: Jenifer, abeg, no let am kill me, abeg.

Jenifer: Ehn, you dey speak pigin (pidgin), (Collins spoke in Yoruba). Ah otun gbo Yoruba, so you are a predentionding person (i.e. you are pretending).

Adaku: Eh! So you can speak ngbati ngbati.

Adaku’s boyfriend: Eh! Yo!!! You have two options, you either give out their money or I will damn you (kill you).

A Quick Summary of Previous J.D Series

After madam was arrested, aunty sunbo whom Adaku and Jenifer are staying with told them that the police couldn't find their passports in her house. A little later Sharon gave Jenifer a call and told her she got their passports and her diary but they will pay 800 pounds before getting them. Jenifer and Adaku started gathering money to pay sharon.
Jenifers cousin who is a military man was seen at their house in the village talking with her parents lamenting over the situation of waheed. he complianed about his inability to speak good english,

JENIFER’S DIARY “CLEANING JOB”

Recap of episode of J.D on the 11th December, 2016.

After escaping from Madam Tina (the woman who took Jenifer and Adaku to America promising to make them work in a hairdressing saloon but in actual sense wants to use them for prostitution), Toyosi (Toyo baby), who is in Nigeria connected the two (Jenifer and Adaku) to her fiancé’s elder sister (aunty Sunbo). She gladly took them in, they were also warmly welcome by her husband and their only daughter. Adakus’ act soon sold her off as she consumed a lot of food including food stuffs meant for aunty sunbo's daughter.

Jenifer and Adaku escaped with two small bags containing some makeup kits and some money in Jenifer’s bag, their other belongings including their passports and Jenifer’s diary which had been seized by Madam Tina are in her house.
